Tasks

As Marketing & Sales Support you will be part of both Altran Marketing and Sales teams of the AeroSpaceDefence & Railway (ASD-R) department. Thanks to your engagement and your motivation you will strongly support the Business Managers and Project Managers in their daily working life. Your main activities will be, amongst others:

Sales support

• Improve and ease the bid process, together with the Bid Management Team, supporting particularly the preparation of the answer
• Prepare and improve the bid documentation together with the responsible Business or Project Manager and the Bid Team for each bid

Marketing support

• Improve the data flow within the CRM for the ASD-R Managers (Business & Project)
• Support preparing presentation and documentation for customer meetings such as prospection and qualification meetings (part of the Altran Business Process)

The position is based in Hamburg, however your job may require occasional travels within Germany (e.g.: Munich).

Profile

You have successfully gained your Master, university diploma or equivalent in marketing, general management or general engineering.

The following topics shall be familiar to you:

• Basics of Project Management
• Basic knowledge of CRM Tools
• Basic knowledge of bid process

Fluency in German and English is essential. Other language skills (e.g. French) will be considered as an advantage.
