Missions

• Recruiting interns, working students & specialists for the DACH region
• Supporting the Hiring Managers in the use of our innovative recruiting tools
• Planning, organization and implementation of assessment centers for the selection of trainees and junior positions
• Active sourcing to identify talents for Danone
• Support in overarching HR projects in the area of recruiting and employer branding
• Start is in May/June 2022, limited on 1-2 years in Haar (near Munich), Frankfurt am Main or Vienna.

Profile

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of human resources, psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources
• First practical experience in the field of human resources, recruiting or personnel marketing
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High affinity for innovative recruiting methods and digital media
• Very good communication skills in German and English
