Tasks

You will have to support by an active involvement and contribution, the central functions HR Business Partners in their role for the line management through HR projects such as:

• Change management
• Employees engagement survey
• HR reporting (dashboards preparation)
• Organisation of events and meetings
• Preparation of presentations

Profile

We are looking for candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree in human resources management/business administration or similar
• Project/process minded, analytical skills, customer & quality oriented
• Excellent practice of Microsoft Office Tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
• English: Negotiation level
• German: Advanced
