V.I.E. HR training and development coordinator, Hagenbach

Our Interior Systems Division is looking for a HR Training&Development Coordinator m/f V.I.E to be based at Hagenbach (Germany).

Tasks

The role of a Training&Development coordinator is to ensure that employees have the skills and competencies to perform their job duties. The main missions of the role are to:

• Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training sessions to enhance training efficiency.
• Act as regional contact person for the worldwide Engineering Academy network.
• Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
• Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
• (May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions.

This V.I.E will begin ideally in September 2010 for 12 months.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• University degree with specialization in Human Resources
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• German and English (speaking, writing) is mandatory, French is a plus
• Ability to work in an international team, flexible, dynamic.
