Rattaché au département Management Development et basé à Munich, vous aurez en charge la gestion de plusieurs projets :
- Gestion des compétences
- Succession Planning
- Talent days
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Business Partners RH.
Profil
- Master Grande Ecole spécialisation RH.
- Première expérience en RH (mini 6 mois).
- Anglais courant - L'Allemand est un plus.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
- Rigoureux, ouvert à l'international, autonome
