Tasks

• Insure cash management operations on a daily basis, including payments in local and foreign currency, remitance of cheques and bills to the banks, collection of cash for travel expenses abroad
• Process the clearance of documents for foreign payments and receipts according to exchange control regulations.
• Prepare and analyse the cash statement on a regular basis. Prepare cash forecast and cash budget
• Automate and rationalize payments and bank accounts utilization in accordance with Valeo rules and following the guidelines given by financial controller
• Follow up the customers cash collection, prepare and manage the overdue commitee under supervision of financial controller
• Obtain details of payment from customres, provide details of payment to suppliers, contact customers to collect back overdues
• Propose and upon agreement, implement all improvements in the cash collection, cash management, payments and banking operations
