Tasks

  • Expand and maintain Global Accounts by guaranteeing comprehensive client satisfaction.
  • Drive outcomes and closely track the profitability of partnerships.
  • Implement sales initiatives, including strategic planning, business reviews, detailed reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee tender processes and manage contract renewals effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting) to effectively manage and fulfill client requirements.
  • Foster and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with AZP business units by providing support as needed and promoting seamless collaboration with other global departments.
  • Continuously develop and deepen expertise on products, industry trends, compliance, and regulatory standards within the evolving travel sector to position AZP as the preferred travel service provider.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 to 5 years)
  • Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in German or Spanish is an added advantage
  • Professional presentation paired with excellent negotiation skills
  • Results-driven sales expertise
  • Enthusiasm for working within complex multinational and multicultural settings
  • Capability to maintain relationships effectively under pressure
  • Proactive approach, dedicated service, and a strong customer focus
  • Resilience, persistence, and deep commitment
  • Ability to initiate actions and deliver results; adept at leading initiatives and projects through to successful completion
  • Strong team collaboration spirit
  • Operate with full transparency
  • Possess robust critical thinking abilities; skilled at anticipating challenges and resolving problems methodically
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
