Trainee in the Destination Management Department, Berlin

We are looking for a trainee to support our team in the Destination Management Department at the K.I.T. Group Berlin Head Office starting in February 2013.

Position offered

The successful applicant will assist the team during the organisation of social programmes and events (for example dinners, concerts, tours etc...) within a medical conference. This includes the possibility of travel within Europe to be on location.

Your skill set

• Studies in Tourism and Hotel Management, Event & Project Management
• Very fluent in Portuguese (mother tongue)
• Fluent in English and German
• French skills is an advantage
• Flexibilty
• Ability to work in a team 
• Self-motivated 
• Reliable
• Strong customer-oriented skills
• Service oriented
• Practical experience in Event Management
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel
