Missions
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development of eCommerce for the Division Consumer Health in France. This encompassesthe planning and operational implementation and optimization of all e-commerce activities in line with Brand and customer strategies, assessment and development of new channel and customer opportunities.
This position is based in France.
Key tasks :
- Building Customer Activation Plans in coordination with local Key Account Managers, Trade & Marketing Managers, and external partners for all eCom Customers.
- Working hand in hand with KAMs to drive commercial e-com plans implementation. Responsible for complete management of pure eRetailers.
- Responsibility for e-com sales targets delivery and activation calendar execution at Customer side.
- Develop productand brand-related on-site and off-site marketing campaigns for online pharmacies and marketplace platforms. Collaborate with the digital team to ensure all digital marketing, social media and
- SEO activities are in connection with eCommerce activations.
- Strategic planning and content creation in e-commerce trade marketing together with the marketing and digital marketing teams.
- Ensure content distribution and implementation at online pharmacies and marketplaces.
- Implement data analyzes on sales, customer behavior and online marketing campaigns at the respective partners to derive measures and to continuously optimize the marketing action plan. Track campaign effectiveness and its impact on sales; ROI analysis.
- Joint responsibility for planning, observing and allocation of the e-commerce marketing budget in coordination with the Key Account Managers.
- Responsible for roll-out of global eCom tools; defining eCom KPIs.
- Cooperate with all stakeholders and enabling functions to ensure compliance of content & solutions for Pharmacy Digital Initiatives.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification, Ideally with a focus on online marketing or e-commerce
- Sound professional experience in the field of e-commerce or performance marketing on manufacturer, distributor, or agency side
- Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies driving e-commerce excellence
- Professional experience in the OTC or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Expert knowledge in the construction, execution, and evaluation of data-based Online Marketing Campaigns; Clear understanding of digital shopper journey across the various eCommerce platforms
- Strong commercial acumen
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams & projects
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
