Description du poste

• Collaboration on projects and leading the sub-project “Test & Go-live“
• Planning and coordination of test activities for software changes (in particular system-test and user acceptance test)
• Defining test scope and test strategy in collaboration with the concerned business units and IT-business analysts
  
• Tracking and reporting of test progress, monitoring of defect fixing, and preparation of test-acceptance documentation
• Continuous improvement of test efficiency (e.g. test-automation)
• Release-planning of software changes
• Go-live planning and monitoring of the Go-live runbook

Formation / Spécialisation:

• Completed studies in business informatics, economics or comparable training
• Several years of experience as a test manager in larger projects in the field of securities processing
• Niveau d'expérience minimum: 3 - 5 ans

Soft skills:

• Good analytical, methodical and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills, team player, distinct social and intercultural competence
• ISTQB Certified Tester- Test Manager Advanced Level

Outils informatiques:

• Very good MS-Office skills and good MS-Project skills

Langues:

• Very good English skills, written and spoken
