Technical Data Wiring Engineer (d/f/m), Hamburg

Tasks

• Ensure customer's satisfaction by supporting the safety and maintainability of all Airbus aircrafts in operations
• Provide accessible information for aircraft operators, secure completeness and accuracy of all delivered customized documentation (electrical consolidated view)
• Support questions or any potential in service issue and be proactive in case of Aircraft On Ground
• Contribute to airlines profitability by proposing efficiency enhancement
• Act as a focal point for monitoring the two local reporting lines FR and GE within the perimeter of Aircraft Schematic Manual (ASM), Aircraft Wiring Manual (AWM) and Aircraft Wire List (AWL)
• Monitor the budget, synchronize the forecast and the Airbus Operational Plan
• Steer the subcontracted activities and ensure that the quality system is complying with Airbus regulations and standards
• Establish and maintain the technical link with Engineering as well as with suppliers, for source data collection and for validation
• Act in the PMT (Process Method and Tools) definition and evolution
• Drive transnational Technical Data authoring activities in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards

Profile

• Degree as Technician or Bachelor with focus on electrical engineering
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and aeronautics as well as aircraft electrical maintenance and aircraft configuration Management
• Experience in production and project management
• First experience in Customer Services is a plus
• Fluent English and advanced German skills
• Great communication skills and adaptation to different stakeholders
• Curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement
• Intercultural competencies and understanding of customer needs
• IT knowledge or Data analytics skills would be a plus
