Tasks & accountabilities
In a working environment characterized by a strong demand for coordination, consistency & support, the
jobholder will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support the Business Operations as local representative to develop team members at local level
- Lead steering meeting for transnational A/C changes impact analysis aiming to secure the entry point to production processes
- Represent the Technical data System Domain on some specific topics
- Cooperate and assist Material Product change implementation (mainly IPC product), cascade and coordinate Systems Authoring Lines training to the new way of working
- Secure the compliance with these Material Products definition inside the Domain and with the other peers, acting as Product Leader Delegate and Authoring Workflow Role Owner (AWRO)
Required skills
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competencies:
- Vocational education as a technician or a bachelor´s degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science
- Solid knowledge of A/C configuration and associated tools used by Airbus to recover and consult A/C configuration until A/C parts effectivities
- several years of experience in the field mechanical engineering or technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of authoring in Illustrated Parts Catalogue and IPD manuals
- Very good MS-Office or Gsuite and SAP
- Experience in project management / change management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, Autonomy
- Aircraft knowledge and/or previous experience in an environment in contact with airlines
- Business fluent English is mandatory
