Talent Acquisition International Specialist (m/f), Köln/Bonn or Eindhoven
Your main duties will be
- To proactively identify, attract and recruit talents for Gerflor within European countries to help us achieving our objectives and support our growth strategy
- To become part of a talent management team supporting Country GM and HR team to build up a first class internal direct sourcing function for Gerflor.
- In partnership with key stakeholders (HR, Country GM and their team), to have ownership of the search strategy, resume screening, candidates assessment, pre selection interviews, and follow up until end of the recruitment process.
- To create strong talent pipelines for the search projects and will continuously improve process efficiency and output.
- To develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that contribute to meeting recruitment objectives
- To identify high quality candidates to fill open positions across European countries: Partner with managers to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position
- To source active and passive candidates via direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping, networking, referrals etc.
- To generate candidates interests and clearly present Gerflor proposition through creative marketing and social media messaging -To conduct recruitment process through initial screen, 1st interviews and assessment of candidate's skills and overall fit with the role and Gerflor. Present short list of candidates to the hiring manager. -To actively track, manage and report on candidates pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System.
- To build up relevant labor market understanding, candidate pool and technical tools knowledge to improve and further develop search project efficiency and become a sparring partner in talent acquisition to all internal stakeholders
- To support of the Talent Management team in relevant projects related to talent acquisition and beyond
Your profile
- At least bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievements
- 5- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally at an international executive search firm or in an equivalent internal function with proven success in managing several search projects across European countries
- Search experience for Sales roles in an industrial sector will be of advantage
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business and role requirements
- High level of intellectual agility and curiosity
- Fluent in English. French and German will be an advantage
- Digital recruitment strong background with expertise in social media (LinkedIn…)
- Strong interviewing skills (behavioral based interviews etc.)

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with solid and rational judgment
- Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
