Tasks
- Select, approve and apply the monitoring plan to suppliers,
- Participate in the resolution of non-conformities and implement corrective action plans
- Carry out reporting and performance indicators (On-Time Delivery, On-Quality Delivery) of the supplier portfolio
- Take charge of monitoring industrial transfer projects, be responsible for the deployment schedule in accordance with technical requirements, plan and carry out industrial progress reviews
- Carry out risk analyzes
- Guarantee the qualification and monitoring of special products & processes
- Contribute to improving the performance of the supplier portfolio
- Support the Implementation of the Aerostack Quality Management System
- Involve in the definition of the associated processes and continuous improvement by the process owners
- Organization structure
- The jobholder reports operationally and functionally to the Head of Quality & Performance.
Skills
- As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following competences & skills:
- Master degree in engineering, mechanical / aerospace / quality engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supplier performance, quality control and management in industry
- Understanding of corporate processes and development processes, in particular with respect to relevant quality standards in the high-tech sector
- You have good knowledge of industrial methods and are familiar with the following standards, tools and methods:
- Carrying out audits / diagnostics
- Project management, Advanced Product Quality Planning
- Quality tools: 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Quick Response Quality Control,…
- Risk analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
- Aeronautical standards: GRESS/GRAMS/ASR, EN9100,…
- Experienced in risk management respecting product liability and appropriate documentation
- Pragmatic mindset, fair team player, high level of flexibility, willingness to travel and management personality
- Professional in managing, organizing, coordinating and training of employees
- Capability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Fluent professional English
- German & French would be a plus
