Supply Chain Engineer for Supplier development (M/F), Marignane

Tasks

The Supply Chain Engineer will be accountable to implement successful supplier corrective, improvement or developmental missions at targeted supplier sites as required by management & all associated tasks to support such missions (reporting, KPIs, Reviews, SLA). The detailed results expected are:

  • Complete mission with tangible results as detailed in Service Level Agreements with our suppliers
  • Increase supply chain efficiency & overall customer satisfaction both internal and external due to Continuous Improvement Plans driven by measurable and agreed Eurocopter QCD targets (improve supplier quality to the required level, supplier on time delivery to the required level, mitigate declining supplier performance advanced actions)
  • Contribute to improved Eurocopter internal & external Procurement processes
  • Contribute to extended supply chain integration Expertise on Supply Chain execution, procurement processes; Quality systems management will be important.

All missions are conducted at supplier sites using Lean / Six-Sigma methods and tools to optimize supplier processes leading to improved quality and delivery performance.
SCE will have to manage several missions in parallel in challenging environments.

Profile

  • You have a 5 years degree in Supply Chain; you prove an experience at least 5 years in a Supply Chain expert position.
  • You have a strong knowledge in procurement processes, quality systems management, and planning and project management.
  • You have a good control of SAP and MS Office.
  • You also have a good ability to convince and you have strong communication skills to interface with operational and suppliers.

A Negotiation level in English is required for this position. An intermediate level in German would be a plus.
