Missions
- Ensure that medical requirements are met for new technical developments of cabin products like lavatories, galleys, cabin systems and passenger services
- Lead and drive projects in the fields of aeromedicine, comfort and ergonomics for the implementation of innovative technologies
- Be the interface to internal teams while establishing and maintaining an external international network of aviation and health organizations (such as IATA, WHO, FDA)
- Technically guide the aeromedicine area by defining aeromedical requirements and transforming them into engineering design solutions
- Ensure feasibility of new cabin and cargo products and services to comply with all applicable international and national health regulations.

What do you offer?
- You are educated to a degree level in engineering, medicine, human factors or equivalent, a PhD would be a plus
- You bring longstanding professional experiences in medicine and engineering
- Ideally you have knowledge of aeronautics and Airbus medical products
- You show strong communication, convincing and asserting skills at any hierarchical level
- You are highly engaged with a target-oriented, open-minded and creative mindset
- Your English is at negotiation level. German language skills would be a plus.
