Tasks

• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sourcing for key categories.
• Supplier Management: Lead the full lifecycle of supplier relationships.
• Cost Optimization: Identify savings, optimize purchasing budget.
• Stakeholder Consulting: Advise departments, strengthen partnerships.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure risk management and L'Oréal For The Future.

Profile

• 3-5 years Purchasing experience (FMCG), with focus on Indirect.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management & teamwork skills.
• Strong Negotiation skills & contract management.
• High Financial Accountability & analytical thinking.
• Sustainability Commitment, fluent English & German. French is a plus
