Tasks
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- support Division/LX in course development and maintenance incl. supplier relationship and logistical questions
- analyze training needs to plan and dispatch sessions (time frame and locations)
- coordinate TX resource allocation
- launch training agreement if required (external companies)
- supervise training delivery process for courses in his perimeter
- high level session evaluation analysis
You will also contribute to the following tasks:
- evaluating, selecting and implementing learning systems
- participate to the continuous Improvement Process Management - effectiveness & efficiency
- The International Service Delivery Manager (ISDM) ensures proper (quality, time, cost) delivery of sessions for the courses in his/her perimeter.
- You will therefore work closely together with the Division/LX on one side, and with the national SDM and the Transactions Administrators on the other side.
Profile
You have a 4 years diploma in Learning expertise and or Transaction with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

The position is a fixed term contract for one year.
