What you can expect from us

• Honesty, and interest in maintaining customer relation, being their first point of contact, providing individual support. 
• Managing inquiries about orders, advising customers on our print products and the online shop.
• Being a problem solver and finding creative solutions.
• Handling customer complaints, claims with skill and empathy, ensuring customers feel well-supported. 
• Working independently using our in-house systems and a modern CRM system to document all processes. 
• Forwarding order inquiries to the appropriate departments and working closely with them. 

What you bring with you

• Strong communication skills and business-level fluency in French and/or English.
• The ability to stay calm in challenging situations while keeping a sense of homour.
• Experience in customer service or related fields, whit a customer-first attitude.
• A committed, goal-oriented, team-focused mindset, - to be genuine and thoughtful in all the right places
