Visual Meta GmbH is an innovative e-commerce company based in the heart of Berlin, which has grown rapidly since being founded in 2009. Since 2011 our company has been taken over by the Axel Springer group.

We run shopping platforms named LadenZeile and ShopAlike worldwide, offering fashion, furniture and a variety of other products to our users. Our service is used by thousands of daily visitors and an ever-increasing number of partner shops.

Now we are looking for a motivated colleague (m/f) for our international online marketing team to support and promote the expansion of our shopping portal www.shopalike.fr as soon as possible.

Your profile

• University degree in a relevant area or equivalent education
• First experience in SEO, ideally within the e-commerce sector
• Good understanding of the common tools (e.g. google analytics and webmaster tools)
• Fluent in spoken and written French and good English skills
• Communicative, team-oriented and proactive personality 
• Structured, accurate and creative

Your responsibilities

• Playing a key role in the further development of our French platform
• Planning and execution of SEO campaigns (on- and offsite)
• Negotiation of contracts and regular contact with business partners
• Analyzing and monitoring performances
• Market analysis as well as research and implementation of best practices
