Your Mission

Senior Quality Co-Manufacturing Manager

• Participate to the assessment of potential CoMans and contribute to CoMans evaluation & development
• Audits for existing & potentially new CoMans
• Manage innovation, renovation and productivity in collaboration with R&I & make sure quality in design principles are applied & food safety risk analysis is done
• Steer Food Safety & Quality continuous improvement programs for co-manufacturers products (audits, relevant quality KPIs)

Senior Quality Innovation Manager

• Provide Quality and Food Safety input into all innovation, renovation, productivity and superiority projects produced within the manufacturing facilities in geographical scope (projects factory implementation & selected projects full development)
• Cover all design aspects assuring high standards of realization (scaling up) in factories according to the different markets consumer expectations and Danone global company standards.

Your Profile

• Master in Food Science/Food Technology
• Min. 5 years of Quality experience gained in the food industry
• Profound project management skills
• Dairy product & process knowledge (ideally also packaging technology)
• Experience in root cause analysis tools & improvement actions effectiveness
• Auditor skills/capabilities
• Consumer centric approach
• Pursuit of continuous personal development and team successes, with a proactive and independent working style
• Proficient use of German and English required, French is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills
