Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), Haar

Missions

• Project manager for product related projects e.g. Innovations, COGS productivity in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Quality, C&P and the production plants
• Work with teams to find solutions for major issues and escalate main risks and issues on the project to impact LIM / F4G meetings
• Be responsible for project reviews and stage gate requests in LIM / F4G meetings
• Ensure InnoPRO methodology compliance and availability of InnoPRO gates deliverables for the project
• Ensure delivery of ideas to more concrete plans while feeding the LIM / F4G pipelines using stage gate
• Start in January 2022, limited 1 year.

Profile

• Master degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, logistics or in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in SCM, R&I, Industrial or Purchasing
• Sound knowledge of MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills and structured way of working
• Very good project management knowledge (e.g. Agile Methods)
• Decisive and proactive person with a strong team spirit
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
