Missions

rmany.- Lead the performance animation for all Material costs (Milk, Raws & Packs, Import of Finished Goods…) generated in the DACH area
- Coordinate the monthly forecast process, identifying and tracking Risk & Opportunities and co-leading initiatives
- In-depth Analysis of Actual performance and variances to support strategic discussions and business decisions
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting towards both local (CBU) and central (European Finance) stakeholders
- Support the D2D and C&P Director and the team by formulating recommendations and concrete action plans and monitoring realization and progress
- Consolidate and follow up of productivity projects in reformulation & reengineering
- Lead and engage your team members (Milk & Material Controllers) helping them in their own professional development

Profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with specialization in finance
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/controlling
• Experience people manager with strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mind set and process improvement/optimization mentality
• High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent language skills in German and English
