Senior Market Controller (m/w), Haar

Your Mission

• Coordinate business cases as finance lead for innovations projects in close collaboration with key business departments
• Manage & forecast marketing budgets, including monthly closure, review & analysis
• Tracking and analyzing actual performance vs. targets to identify risks and opportunities and proactively propose actions for management
• Taking an active role in developing a KPI framework for marketing investment decisions
• Providing financial support for ad-hoc analyses and projects towards our business partners, especially in marketing and sales development
• Reporting to Head of Market Controlling DACH, functional and disciplinary leadership of one employee

Your Profile

• University degree in business / economics / finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within controlling / finance, preferably in multinational companies
• Flexible, resilient, determined, agile thinker and able to challenge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Very good English language skills, German a plus
• At ease with MS Office package (excellent in Excel and Power Point)
• SAP R/3 knowledge preferred
