Your assignments

Infrastructure Assessment and Design

• Detect deficiencies in the current infrastructure architecture and design counter-measures with Group IT architects to meet best-practice and industry standards
• Ensure the conceptual architecture of infrastructure aligns with business realities
• Oversee and orchestrate the implementation of defined architecture principles in initiatives where you act as a content and topic owner

Technical Leadership and Collaboration

• Represent Fresenius Kabi IT in sub-streams of group-wide IT infrastructure projects, ensuring the right level of interaction and alignment between Fresenius Kabi and Group IT
• Drive the idea and implementation of an optimized cloud-first strategy
• Collaborate closely with decentralized IT Managers on-site, IT Process Owners, and Group IT Architecture Teams to simplify the IT landscape

Decision Support

• Support the decision-making process for technical architecture decisions impacting the Fresenius Kabi IT Landscape
• Prepare decision scenarios and options for the IT Leadership team in materials that are ready to present to IT Committees and C-Level

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest trends and strategies for Cloud, IT Security, and Network
• Monitor the current state of Fresenius Kabi's Technical Architecture, including business-specific infrastructure components. Evaluate it based on business objectives and IT strategy

Your profile

• Higher education degree in computer science or business information technology
• Profound background in IT infrastructure architecture or infrastructure security
• 4+ years of professional experience in defining the architecture of IT landscapes and related governance and security topics
• With more than 3 years of professional experience, they have worked on standardizing infrastructure and managing large-scale cloud and network projects in production and research settings
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments with qualifications requirements for IT infrastructure components
• Certifications in ITIL are a plus
• Excellent analytical and strategic conceptual thinking skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey organizational concepts, program goals, and objectives to the business and other key stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); fluency in French, German, Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus
