Your assignments

Consolidation of Global IT Provider Landscape:

• Drive initiatives to streamline vendor relationships and contracts across IT purchasing categories
• Identify opportunities for consolidation and optimization to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency

Support IT Operating Model Implementation:

• Provide strategic input to make vs. buy decision-making, in alignment with the IT operating model
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure sourcing decisions support the overall IT strategy and operational goals

Develop Strategic Partnerships:

• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key IT vendors and service providers
• Ensure partnerships align with the company’s technology roadmap and foster innovation

Collaboration with Procurement:

Work closely with the Global Procurement Organization to coordinate sourcing activities
Participate in regular alignments and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure best-in-class vendor selection
IT Requirement Collection and Sourcing:

• Collaborate with IT leadership to collect and structure IT requirements
• Source appropriate technology solutions and services to meet business needs

Oversee Procurement Process:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and signing
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met

Ensure Compliance and Performance Management:

• Uphold company policies and industry regulations throughout sourcing and procurement activities
• Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, assessing service delivery and alignment with business objectives

Your profile

• 5+ years of business experience in IT Consulting, IT sourcing, vendor management, or related field
• 3+ years project management experience related to strategic IT projects
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven negotiation skills and track record of securing advantageous contracts
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of current IT trends and ability to evaluate emerging technologies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in English required
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Chinese, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong service orientation and solution-oriented working practices
• Autonomous and team-oriented working behavior
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations
