Your assignments

• Support the firm’s short-, mid-, and long-term finance transformation strategy
• Lead and/or contribute to strategic initiatives to develop Fresenius Kabi’s operational and strategic capabilities for the Finance functions
• Contribute to the development of presentations for a range of audiences, including senior executives and board members, with attention to detail, the ability to highlight the most important business topics, and a focus on actionable recommendations
• Lead and support group-wide finance transformation projects and programs
• Drive innovation with strategic thinking as well as creativity and challenge the status quo
• Create and maintain internal cross-departmental relationships and build external networks that will accelerate your career

Your profile

• University degree
• Min. 3 years of experience, preferably in a top tier consulting company, in the healthcare or life sciences industry, or other related industries with a focus on finance
• Relevant project management experience in a global environment, being able to navigate easily between strategic and operational “sleeves up” work
• Being able to communicate a vision and act as a change agent
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment both independently and collaboratively
• An enterprising spirit, high motivation, good work ethic, with a self-starter mentality
• Excellent command of English and German, French is a plus
