The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Missions
- Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topics
- Contributes to the operational results of the site
- Contributes to the deployment of the strategy for the entity
- Drives his on projects in line with the HR strategy and roadmap
- Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on talent development tools, processes & policy
- Guarantees the relevant/proper job grading methodology / use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applications
- Manages the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standard
- Identifies learning & all actions to develop competences according to the site's and employees' needs, the technological needs, and the company's requirements
- Apply and make applied all Health / Security / Environment rules
- Provides support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities
- Collaboration with the works council
- Ensures the respect of HR KPIs
- Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.
Profile
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Administration. economics, psychology or similar
- German mandatory, english fluently
- At least 7 years of experience
- Be able to inspire & engage Teams
