Mission

Lead the financial management of the Distribution Center for our 3 Divisions (Consumer Product Division, Apothecary Product Division, Professional Product Division Division) in our DACH organization in relation to the objectives defined by the ManCom and the Zone. Supervise and coordinate the control of total Supply Chain costs of 3 countries while ensuring efficient operation of the Distribution Center with focus on sustainability topics. Act as a Business Partner with Finance, Operations and General Management teams. This position provides a unique opportunity to build a strong network in the DACH organization as well as in the headquarter organization in Paris and within Finance but also Supply, which will be an advantage for your future career.

Content

  • Ensure the month-end closing process
  • Ensure management reporting
  • Lead the processes associated with the pre-budget, budget and trend:
  • assess the major objectives
  • analyze and arbitrate with members of the management committee and make a P&L proposal
  • coordinate and monitor the planning of total Supply Chain Costs
  • Ensure application of Group’s standards (financial, accounting, Group management) and Internal Control
  • Anticipate business risks as well as opportunities and recommend optimization solutions to the ManCom
  • Advise the ManCom on the best business choices to maximize ROI
  • Build business expansion plans, lead business transformation projects and ensure smooth integration
  • Coordinate sustainability projects (Zero Waste, CO2 reduction, product 2nd life etc)
  • Build strong collaboration within the Region and countries finance and operations teams
  • Be a proactive member of the ManCom
  • Build, develop, train and coach the team

Qualifications

  • Master degree with focus on finance / controlling
  • Ideally minimum 5 years of job experience in controlling
  • Proactive, hands-on management style with a strategic vision
  • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptional competencies
  • Strong engagement interpersonal skills
  • Very good project management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • First experience with personnel management
  • Doer
  • Fluent in English
