Your challenge in detail

• Engineer solutions to current challenges in the medical devices industry.
• Perform analysis and develop different POC covering medical devices security.
• Support the Software Engineers for implementing different security features in our medical devices and software products.
• Enhance existing External / Internal Vulnerability Testing Process to feed and maintain Inventory cryptography information.
• Developing, integrating, and enabling security engineering test automation into a CI/CD pipeline.
• Willingness to perform documentation and verification of safety relevant functions in a highly regulated environment (EU MDR experience is of advantage).

Your desired competences

• Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering or scientific discipline required; Advanced Degree desirable
• 5 – 8 years’ related experience.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++, ideally with C# and Java.
• Knowledge of Cryptographic Libraries like wolfSSL or openSSL.
• Knowledge on encryption and signing techniques development level.
• Exposure to technologies related to TSS and PKCS suite.
• Security Engineering on issues around PKI.
• Exposure to scripting languages like JavaScript or Python.
• Know and recognize application security issues such as cross-site scripting, authorization, injection attacks, buffer overflows etc. in code and provide remediation recommendations.
• Work independently or with fast moving Agile development teams.
• Experience with any of the application security tools as SonarQube, Fortify, CLang.
