Missions
- In your new role, you are responsible for conducting and advising on all payroll processes and procedures related to the Managing Board of Siemens Energy
- You ensure effective and efficient provision of all processes related to the reporting of remuneration of the Executives in scope taking into account the applicable legislation, rules and definitions
- Furthermore, you consult in regard to payroll cost efficiency and data management and monitor data compliance and data quality processes related to payroll data
- You develop and implement solutions to collect, normalize and analyze data for Executive HR and you adapt existing solutions for global, regional and local application
- Moreover, you develop and implement strategies for payroll management for all Executives in scope and you prepare required reports concerning Managing Board remuneration matters
- You monitor current developments to identify upcoming challenges and chances in connection with payroll data analysis and reporting
- Additionally, you provide coordination and secure an efficient application of external IT providers and administrative data solutions
- You assist in the training and capability building of HR colleagues and you recruit and train working students, interns and apprentices
Profile
- We look forward to meeting you, if you have successfully completed your studies in a business related discipline (e. g., Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.), or if you have an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- You already gained at least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll and acquired profound knowledge in dealing with different software solutions for payroll
- Moreover, you have a good understanding of executive compensation, equity compensation and taxable fringe benefits
- You are interested in supporting the development and implementation of data-based solutions
- Ideally, you have already worked in international project teams where you gained strong project management skills
- In order to find your way in your international environment, you are fluent in English and German
