Mission

Lead the financial management of the brand in the context of the objectives defined by the Division Mancom and the Brand ManCom.

Content:

lead the processes associated with the pre-budget, budget and trend:

  • assess the major objectives
  • analyze and arbitrate with members of the management committee of the BU and make a P&L proposal to Division ManCom.
  • Ensure that the Group’s standards (financial, accounting, Group management) and those pertaining to Internal Control are applied; simplify, optimize and implement processes
  • Anticipate the BU's risks and opportunities and recommend optimization solutions to the BU ManCom
  • Advise the BU ManCom on the best business choices to maximize ROI in order to guarantee BU’s long-term success.
  • Contribute to continuously share information & best practices with the Zone and to ensure local business needs are understood and respected by the Zone.
  • Ensure that the month-end closing process is accurate and on time
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely management reporting
  • Provide continuous training and knowledge sharing to the organization to ensure full understanding of the financial perspective in all business situations

Qualifications

  • Master degree with focus on finance / controlling
  • Ideally minimum 5 years of job experience in controlling
  • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptional competencies
  • Strong engagement interpersonal skills
  • Very good project management skills
  • Self starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
