Your boarding pass

As Security & Compliance officer, you will have a significant impact on short-medium term performance of our business, while developing resilience and prevention to meet security and compliance requirements.

Your mission is based on 4 pillars :

Strategy & Governance:

  • Translate external / internal regulations within our center strategy
  • Cascade corporate strategic objectives at our center level
  • Report at Airbus functional and divisional levels

Transformation:

  • Develop security by design and vulnerability management
  • Improve disclosure, in-service events, return in-service
  • Adapt our legacy assets (tangible and intangible), incl. Processes / Methods / Tools / Data
  • Secure funding and resources to enable (top down/bottom-up)

Operations:

  • Deploy security & compliance management system
  • Manage risks and opportunities
  • Support audits

People:

  • Share expertise & network
  • Develop awareness, immersions, career path
  • Monitor competencies & skills

Required Educational Background and Experience:

  • Educated to master degree in Engineering or other industry fields
  • Significative experience in security and compliance from strategy to transformation and user adoption
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to lead resolution of complex and unprecedented problems impacting several processes, covering several functions or advanced expertise, requiring the support and agreement of different domains/divisions, in particular in the field of security (physical, cyber) and compliance, taking into account national, international and airworthiness regulations
  • Knowledge of V&V, testing and engineering would be a plus
  • Assertiveness, curiosity, leadership and interpersonal skills are your qualities.
  • Advanced level of English, French and German is a plus.
