Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

• Setup and lead of Scheduling and Risk Management community within MO TPE as well as participating in the respective Mobility communities
• Guidance and training of all Scheduling and Risk Management project responsible within MO TPE
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the Siemens and MO guidelines regarding Scheduling and Risk Management
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of Scheduling and Risk Management and development of standards within MO TPE
• Review and evaluation of Scheduling and Risk Management in Turnkey and electrification projects
• Support of projects in Scheduling and Risk Management process and practical application on- and off-site
• Support of BU management in LoA/RMM by technical evaluation of bids regarding Scheduling and Risk Management
• Introduction of Scheduling methods as well as holding Scheduling and Risk Management trainings
• Monitoring and reporting

Your qualifications - solid and appropriate

• Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Extensive international professional experience in Scheduling and Risk Management in railway projects > 10 years
• Project Management certification
• Expert knowledge in MS project and Primavera as well as Risk Management tools
• Fluent English essential, good knowledge of German and other foreign languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic an advantage
• Due to the international orientation of the projects, mobility and willingness to travel is essential.
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills
• High level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementation
