Sales Manager France, Paris area

On every continent doctors and nurses in medical practices, hospitals and nursing homes rely on the high quality of the medical measurement systems and scales.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a sales region of France including customer care, negotiations and product trainings to sale medical devices to the existing dealers
• Acceleration of market share growth
• Responsibility for the strategic development of the distribution in France
• Expansion of the customer network by active acquisitions 
• Conception and implementation of sales promotions and product training in the specialized trade
• Establishment of a network to key figures in the hospitals including on-site product demonstrations 
• Coordinating area sales managers and motivate and engage the team to deliver high levels of customer service, and increase profitability and performance of the branch
• Ensuring delivery of performance measures, in line with internal and external targets, whilst maintaining and developing company expectations
• Close coordination of key sales activities with the branch manager as well as sales strategy development 
• Best practice exchange with international colleagues 
• Monitoring market changes, trends and competitors

Required Qualification

• University degree in economics or equivalent qualification 
• Experiences and proven successes in sales and account management, especially in the B2B market
• First experiences of direct or indirect supervisory experience
• Strong sales personality, high sales commitment, acquisition and negotiation strength, entrepreneurship
• Fluent in English
• High willingness to travel within France 
• Reliable, honest and persistent

Desirable Qualifications

• Good understanding in the field of medical science
• Existing experience and contacts in the national medical device market
• Understanding and experience in the field of tender management
