Summary
Reporting to the Director of Sales and integrated within the french sales team, this position is the primary contact for the British Agency.
The role of Sales Coordinator supports the British agency by performing a wide variety of duties to ensure timely completion of the order process
Job functions
Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to :
- Build productive and effective relationship with the British agency : communicate continuously and proactively in order to provide general administrative and sale support
- Provide continuing advice and assist on product needs, as appropriate
- Determine optimal problem resolution (require proactive, outbound telephone and email contact in order to communicate the right information)
- Collect, compile records data and prepare reports
Skills and abilities
- The successful candidate must have a solid customer service orientation
- Excellent relationships building skills (strong ability to listen and enjoy setting and achieving goals)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong initiative and ability to make independent decisions

Qualifications
Requirements for the position include :
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- Fluent in French-English
