We are currently recruiting for a

Reservation Sales Associate (m/f) with fluent French and English language skills

based at our Global Contact Centre – Europe in Mainz, Germany.

Ideally you have already gained experience in the hospitality industry or a contact center before.

You are a highly motivated and flexible individual, who has fluent spoken and written language skills in French and English.

You should display the confidence and the professionalism to deal with any guest query or challenge and you must be able to work through complex problems while maintaining a positive attitude. Applicants should also have a high level of PC skills.
