Quality System Manager (m/f), Elancourt
Tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining, implementing and operating a Cassidian IM Quality System
- Providing an operational IM Quality KPI Dashbord on site, as well as in an international environment.
- Representing CFIQ3 Improvement & Risk Management on the Elancourt site to all management levels and IM Interfaces
- Constructively co-operating in partnership with an international Team
The jobholder must ensure that:
- A Cassidian IM Quality Management Process is defined, implemented, operated and monitored
- Cassidian IM Service Quality Standards & Policies are defined, including KPIs, Metrics and regular reporting
- Cassidian IM Quality problems are identified, analysed and reported
- External Quality Audits are supported/co-ordinated (e.g. ISO9xxx; Health, Safety and Environmental Protection, etc.)
- Corrective and preventive actions are derived, and improvement measures reviewed
The jobholder must carry out support activities such as:
- Executing best-practice-analyses and workshops with process and service owners
- Planning and executing internal process/quality reviews
- Initiating and monitoring quality improvement measures
- Developing and implementing quality and reliability techniques
- Evaluating performance data
- Defining Cassidian IM Quality policies and guidelines
Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- First experience in Information and Quality Systems, as well as audit experience
- ITIL trained and certified (v3 Foundation)
- Intercultural background
- Ability to cope with a heavy workload and pressure
- Reliable and conscientious worker
- Good communication/presentation skills on all management levels
- Distinctive team spirit, self-organization
- French and English: negotiation level;
- German: basic
