Your mission

• You act as center of expertise regarding all quality topics for the Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Consumer Care departments
• You are responsible for implementing a quality mind-set along the whole supply chain
• You ensure the compliance of guidelines and procedures
• You are the quality contact for the producing sites
• You ensure the consideration of all quality aspects in renovation and innovation projects
• You monitor co-packaging processes and manage the audit of third party logistics provider
• You collect consumer and market feedback and develop quality action plans regarding claims and concerns
• You participate in risks & opts decisions as well as route-cause-analysis

Your profile

• Master of Science in food science, food technology, supply chain, logistics or similar field
• You have at least five years of relevant work experience within the food industry
• You act strong in handling consumer complains, and trouble shooting
• You are experienced in risk management and have strong analytical skills
• Your mindset is driving by finding good solutions to upcoming challenges
• You are a convincing and inspiring personality
• Your daily work is characterized through pro activity and anticipation
• Sharing knowledge and training others is something that gives you energy
• Fluent in German and English
• IT knowledge in SAP
