Tasks

• Coordinate activities in projects to achieve Customer Satisfaction for Quality.
• Deploy the Quality Culture and the Quality Improvement Plan and Tools to achieve the quality objectives and physical indicators in his/her perimeter.
• Develop and manage the Project Quality network in his/her perimeter. Ensure the right level of competences of Project Quality Team members.
• Management of quality standards, customer quality requirements, continuously improve project quality standards, processes and competencies.
• Represent the Customer within Valeo on Project Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).
• Escalate and ensure that the management of the project related crisis
