Project Manager - consulting & marketing - Pharma Industry (m/f), Cologne

Responsibilities

• You manage a team of 3 to 5 consultants dedicated to the German market. This includes recruitment, project supervision and training
• You consult with top decision-makers and advise them with their issues and needs
• You assist your clients with the development of compliance strategies, innovative technology assessments and new market access
• You elaborate along with the Business Development Managers the appropriate methodologies and commercial proposals to best answer the client’s needs
• You manage the quality of the projects that you and your team perform
• You report directly to the Business Unit Manager

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or similar in business, engineering or science
• You have a work experience in business consulting
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You are creative and charismatic, with leadership abilities
• Fluent in German and in English. Mastering French is appreciated.
