Production Activity Controller /Support Logistique (m/f/d), Toulouse

Tasks

• Manage supply chain activities and standard logistics flows to ensure parts availability at production stations.
• Anticipate shortages and handle parasitic flows, specifically the rapid replacement of defective parts to prevent any production line stoppage.
• Identify flow anomalies and escalate critical issues to decision-making bodies when facing roadblocks.
• Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing departments as well as production team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes within your scope to enhance operational performance.

Profile

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics flow management or production environments.
• Solid knowledge of production constraints and Supply Chain processes (profiles from Automotive or Food & Beverage industries are welcome).
• Proficiency in production management tools (ERP type) and ability to process operational data.
• Internal negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English (is an advantage for this position).
• Ability to work in shifts (2x9 shift pattern).
