Tasks
- Support Category Managers in their daily purchasing work: supplier searches, communication, collecting offers, following up on contracts and documentation
- Help prepare and run RFQs/tenders, from consolidating requirements to comparing offers and supporting recommendation documents
- Contribute to evaluating and monitoring suppliers (quality, cost, delivery performance, compliance), and keeping supplier data up to date
- Maintain and improve purchasing documentation and databases so information is reliable, searchable and usable by the wider team
- Analyse purchasing data (spend, KPIs, savings) in Excel and prepare clear, visual reports and presentations in PowerPoint for management
- Participate in procurement process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, testing tools and suggesting practical improvements
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering, with the apprenticeship aligned to your study programme
- Demonstrated interest in purchasing and supplier management (e.g. coursework, internships, projects), and a clear motivation to grow in this field
- Comfortable working with data in Excel (pivot tables, lookups/basic formulas, charts) and creating structured, visual presentations in PowerPoint – this is a core part of the job
- Strong written and spoken English (C1): you’ll work in an international environment and need to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Reliable, organised and detail‑oriented: able to manage several tasks at once, follow up proactively and keep documentation accurate
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and the confidence to interact with stakeholders and suppliers in a professional way
