As a leading actor in industrial waste management, our client is based in different countries in Europe. For the production site in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for an experienced

Plant Manager (m/f)

The Plant Manager will be responsible for the technical and economic functioning of the site.

Tasks

• You organize and optimize the operation of the production plant
• You focus on preventive and curative maintenance operations, methods and process
• You run a preventative safety policy in regard of local environmental systems
• You prepare and implement budget plans
• You supervise commercial development and the follow-up of customer relations
• You prospect new markets and ensure the maximum functioning of the plant
• You ensure the application of social legislation
• You mobilize and organize staff activities within the company

Requirements

• University degree in an engineering discipline
• Significant experience in the area of waste treatment and/or the management of an industrial processing site
• You are able to ensure the compatibility of the company's strategic objectives and customers expectations
• Experience in the field of management and team leadership
• You like to work in a local and international network to mobilize requested skills
• Fluent German language skills + English OR French for professional use would be welcome
