Main Task

• Establishing operational and strategic Budget for the plant, comprising entire P&L and balance sheet as well as headcount, monthly reporting of financial data, analyzing deviations and proposals improvement measures
• Preparation of business plan for successor business in cooperation with Corporate and follow -up for Project reviews with GM; Analysis the profitability of new investments / Capital expenditures
• Analyzing costs and margins, analysis of labor expenses and fix cost deviations and definition of action plans to mitigate risk not to achieve the Budget
• Responsible for the application of Group financial accounting and reporting standards
• Supervising of plant accountants to ensure Monthly Closing in line with Group Closing Calendar
• Responsible for maintaining all customer-pricing issues
• Implementation of Corporate CF/BA Standards into the plants processes

Qualification

• Degree in Administration & Finance or Economy
• Computer skills: Financial accounting system, Hyperion S9 and MS Office
• Fiscal organization, financial analysis,
• Solid accounting knowledge, production and provision management, treasury and controlling
• Experience in IFRS / German GAAP (HGB)
• Aptitude to manage teams, to report and to motivate
• English knowledge
