Operational Risk Support (f/m) - VIE, Germany

MISSION

• Support of monitoring, verification and quality assurance of Operational Risk Incidents
• Support of posting of damages and monitoring and reconciliation of error accounts
• Support of Processing of Operational Risk Assessment 
• Support of preparation and maintenance of Operational Risk reporting and working instructions / processing procedures
• Support of Business Continuity Management 
• Administrative and organizational duties

• Banking Knowledge
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English skills
• Good German skills
• Analytical capabilities
• High level of service orientation and of quality assurance
• Strong communication skills
• Team spirit and self-dependent working manner
