Tasks and responsibilities
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Carry out environmental and corrosion tests with the help of a technical referent.
- Plan (Quote, validation and schedule) the test campaigns, but also coordinate them (subcontracting and/or alignment with the customer if necessary), carry out the tests/analyses defined, and document and validate analyzes and conclusions for test reports.
- As a member of the laboratory team, you will apply and maintain the quality management system (ISO17025) including equipment maintenance with potential investments in your technical area
- Coordinate the execution of the qualification and monitoring of special processes within a cross-functional team of auditors
- Write and manage qualification programs (coordination of technical tasks, compliance with the program schedule, management of deviations, etc.)
- Realization of technical audits and follow-up of the associated action plans, (technical assistance to our suppliers for the implementation of special processes, management and prioritization of parallel qualifications, communication with suppliers or other entities, as a focal point for this activity
Skills & Prerequisites
You will integrate a training of a BAC +2 level in the field of materials and mechanics or equivalent for a 3-year apprenticeship.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of metallic and/or non-metallic materials and associated processes (surface treatment, heat treatments, composites, non-destructive testing, assembly processes, etc.)
- Good knowledge of manufacturing/inspection processes and quality procedures could be positive.
- Specific training on processes and products related to aeronautics is necessary
- A first experience as a test technician is desirable
- A mastery of tools such as the Microsoft and Google suite is essential (advanced functions of Excel and Google sheet in particular)
