Your Mission

• Contribute to innovation project management together with Top Line team
• Be responsible for the reporting and daily follow-up with central team
• Participate to develop clear and robust business cases & highlight the opportunities to reduce cost through total cost of ownership productivity projects
• Actively challenge the European factories to improve sourcing conditions through lead times, MOQ, freshness, production frequencies
• Track and support all pack changes in cooperation with Topline, factories and quality department
• Be responsible for the analysis of the current SKUs portfolio

Your Profile

• University degree (Economics, Engineering or specific studies in Purchasing & Supply Chain)
• Leadership attitude and the ability to create best-in-class solutions being part of a team focused on delivering change benefits and continuous improvement
• Excellent project management skills and able to communicate at different levels
• Analytical thinker with excellent ability to put in place and realize major potential opportunities
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
