Your Mission

• Responsible for analysis and enhancement of logistics processes in our DACH cluster
• Strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as with external logistics partners with the aim to optimize our logistics operations
• Development, collection and analysis of relevant KPI’s and Total-Cost-To-Serve (TCTS)
• Definition and implementation of improvement measures based on the analysis
• Project management of logistics productivity projects
• Support of logistics network design e.g. via network studies, warehouse and transport tenders
• Strong collaboration with the Purchasing Department for contract negotiations
  
• Regular and ad-hoc cost monitoring as well as cost forecast and control measures together with Finance

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business Administration with focus on Logistics, Purchasing and/or Controlling
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant job experience
• Very good understanding of supply chain processes and experience in operations improvement projects
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and MS-Office, esp. Excel, Microstrategy knowledge is an advantage
• Conceptual capabilities and project management experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong analytical skills
• Very good stakeholder management and strong communication skills at all levels
• High level of engagement and a passion for change
• Fluent in German and English
