Tasks
Your main tasks will include:
- Delivering a variety of Lean training courses (Lean Awareness, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, Lean Management, Lean Product Development and Change Management) to:
- Project leaders for the Transformation of Airbus Helicopters
- Operational managers and teams
- The Lean network (lean leaders, deployers, focal points)
- Preparing the appropriate material and room for the courses, according to standards
- Being actively involved in the continuous improvement of the Lean Academy
This position will involve weekly business trips for Lean training sessions.
Profile
- You have a 5-year degree with a specialisation in project management or lean management; you have at least 3 years of experience in lean implementation projects.
- You have a general understanding of Lean philosophy, principles and values.
- You have good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have good communication skills (including presentation skills, group facilitation, coaching and feedback)
- You are able to manage a group in a training environment.
- A negotiation level of English is required for this position.
- You also have a negotiation level of French and/or German.
